Ingredients (4 servings)
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 2/3 tablespoons fresh milk
- 80 g powdered sugar
How to make it
- Pour the Mascarpone into a bowl and add milk.
- Stir the mixture to make it softer and creamier.
- Add powdered sugar and whip with a whisk until you obtain a homogeneous, smooth, slightly foamy cream.
- You may add an ingredient of your choice between:
- Shredded orange or lemon zest
- Wild berries
- Chopped nuts
- Chocolate chips
- Two teaspoons of Nutella
- Two tablespoons of rum or brandy
