Ingredients (4 servings of Panna Cotta)
- 350 g fresh apricots
- 2/3 tablespoons of granulated sugar

How to make it
- Rinse the apricots, remove their stones, peel them with a peeling knife and cut them into small pieces.
- Place the pieces into a small pot with sugar, honey and just enough cold water to cover them.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Take the mixture out of the stove and mix it with an immersion blender until you obtain a smooth, creamy sauce.
