- 300 g Tosone
- 4 slices of bread
- Minced parsley (to taste)

How to make it
- Cut the Tosone into medium-sized slices.
- Heat the slices of bread on both sides for a few minutes in the oven or on the griddle.
- Melt the slices of Tosone over medium-low heat on a griddle or grill .
- As soon as Tosone start softening, lay the slices on the bread and season with salt and parsley; serve immediately to enjoy the snack while it has the perfect consistency.
