Easy to make, yummy and original: the best way to bring all the taste of a delicacy like our Elisir and serve a high-quality appetizer ready in a few minutes, or create the main dish of a buffet lunch using all the versions of such a special product: plain, chilli pepper, truffle or hazelnuts (perfect if you are fond of nuts: they will add a more delicate touch to the taste of walnuts).

Ingredients (4 servings)
- 4 slices of flat bread, Focaccia or Piadina
- 1 jar of Elisir di Parmigiano
- 25 g walnut kernels
- Balsamic vinegar (to taste)
How to make it
- Crack the nuts, remove the kernels and wrap them in a cloth and chop them finely with a meat mallet.
- Heat the bread on the grill or the griddle (2 minutes on each side).
- Pour the Elisir in a bowl, add the chopped walnuts and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
- Spread a thin, smooth layer of cream on each slice of bread or serve the plain slices on a tray, with a bowl of Elisir in the middle.
