Use of the website

1. LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
A) This website processes data mainly according to the users’ consent. The consent is given through the banner alert at the bottom of the page, or through the use or consultation of the website, as a conclusive action. Through the use or consultation of this website, visitors and users agree to this policy and to the treatment of their personal data according to the methods and purposes described below, including the possible release to third parties, if needed to provide a service. Through the communication forms and the forms meant to request services, we collect further consents related to the specific purpose of the service.

3. COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The data provided for reasons related to the performance of online information activity will only be processed by the Controller. The data provided through the subscription to the newsletter will be also available to the company in charge of the management of the website and the one in charge for the technical management of the sending of the newsletter, both appointed responsible for processing.

4. TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA
The data collected on the website is not usually provided to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate request by the judicial authority, only in cases provided by law; if necessary in order to provide a specific service requested by the User (as the activation of the newsletter service); for the execution of inspections related to the safety or optimization of the website.
This website might share some of the data collected with service providers located outside the European Union area. Especially with Google, Facebook and Microsoft through social media plug-ins and Google Analytics service.
The transfer is authorized according to specific decisions of the European Union and the Data Protection Authority, in particular the decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield: page of the Italian Protection Authority: https://www.garanteprivacy.it/cookie), for which no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above ensure their compliance with Privacy Shield.

5. DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data processed due to reasons related to the implementation of activities by the Controller will be kept for the entire duration of such activities, or until the person concerned requests the return, in case there is just a pre-contractual relationship. In case there is a contractual relationship, the data collected will be kept for the limitation period of the right claimed and in any case for all the time required for the fulfilment of the obligations required by tax and accounting regulations.
Data collected for the subscription to the newsletter will be kept until the person concerned exercises the right to withdraw the consent previously expressed.
Data collected following a contact request by the person concerned will be kept until the request is addressed.

6. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
A) The providing of the data requested is necessary for carrying out the activity concerning online information - advertising.
B) Marketing and/or advertising activity to carry out through different methods: mail; e-mail; telefax; text messages and similar means; exhibitions, conferences and/or any events of different nature (including public events and/or events organised with partners related to the present Controller); websites and/or social network pages owned by or pertaining to the present Controller; brochures/posters/company newsletters, also pertaining to the present Controller; books; daily newspapers of any kind; articles on newspapers and/or professional and specialized journals; video footage; CDs, DVDs and/or any other type of audio-visual support.

7. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
The person concerned has the right to exercise the rights referred to in Articles 7, 15-22 of the European Regulation 679/2016. In particular, regarding the processing based on the consent, the concerned person has the right to revoke it at any time by following the specific instructions given on the newsletter received, or by contacting the Controller or the Data Protection Officer at the e-mail address mentioned below. According to the same procedures, the person concerned also has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or absence of their own personal data and the availability of such data in intelligible form from the Data Controller; the person concerned has the right to request access to personal data that concern them, receive the personal data provided to the Controller and transmit it to another Data Controller without impediment (portability); to obtain the updating, the limitation of the processing, the correction of the data and the elimination of that processed in contrast with the current regulations. The person concerned has also the right, for legitimate reasons, to oppose to the processing of personal data that concerns them and to the processing aimed to send advertising material, material concerning direct sale and market researches. The person concerned also has the right to file a complaint to the Privacy Authority as a supervisory authority in matter of protection of personal data.
