Ingredients (4 servings)
- 1 caciotta
- 1 egg
- 100 g grated bread
- 100 g white flour
How to make it
- Cut the Caciotta into slices, each about 1 cm thick.
- Beat the egg with a fork and pour it in a soup plate. Place the flour and grated bread in other two separate dishes.
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
- Cover the slices in flour, dip them into the beaten egg and then in grated bread, until the breadcrumbs cover the entire surface.
- Arrange the breaded slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes, until they become golden-brow.
