Parma is famous worldwide for two foods: Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto (ham). We have been producing the first since 1939, and we sell the second in our store; we choose the best producers to make sure that you can bring the best of our culinary tradition on your table.
Prosciutto crudo (raw ham) is made with whole pig thighs, which are shaped, salted and matured to obtain a sweet, aromatic cold cut; it is perfect for any time of the day (and night, if you like extra snacks), since it is low in fat and easy to digest.
