An original dressing sauce, ready in a few minutes. It has no more than four ingredients, and it matches so many dishes: appetizers, flatbread, sandwiches, grilled meat, fried or baked potatoes, salads.
Try it on hamburgers to add a touch of fresh lightness.

Ingredients (4 servings)
- 250 g white plain yoghurt
- 2/3 stems of fresh mint
