Reusable protective bag

Description

These bags are especially designed to preserve Parmigiano Reggiano and other matured cheeses and to extend their shelf life. They are made with a substance that has a chemical composition similar to the one of eggshells: a breathable, reusable protective material that allows the product to keep the right humidity level and keeps it from drying, becoming mouldy or absorbing undesired odours. Each bag can contain up to 1 / 1,5 kg of cheese.
