Parmigiano Reggiano Elisir with truffle

Description

A combination of two delights of Italian gastronomy: mountain Parmigiano Reggiano and truffle, accompanied by EVO oil.
Several types of Parmigiano, each at a different level of maturation, are grated and mixed with the oil to combine sweetness and saltiness and to create a smooth, homogeneous mixture, in which it is still possible to feel the texture of the cheese; then we add local truffles, which give a special twist to the cream and makes it perfect for fancy recipes or to add a gourmet touch even to poached eggs!
