Description

A delicacy created from the encounter between our best mountain Parmigiano Reggiano and the best EVO oil.
Several types of Parmigiano, each at a different level of maturation, are grated and mixed with the oil to combine sweetness and saltiness and to create a smooth, homogeneous mixture, in which it is still possible to feel the texture of the cheese.
Try it on warm homemade bread, use it to enrich soups or broths, to make canapés, or as a filling for Piadine, rolls… we could go on and on!
