Parmigiano Reggiano Elisir with chilli pepper

Description

Mountain Parmigiano Reggiano and olive oil meet chilli pepper and create a spreadable cream with a nice pink colour and a nice, slightly spicy flavour.
Several types of Parmigiano, each at a different level of maturation, are grated and mixed with the oil to combine sweetness and saltiness and to create a smooth, homogeneous mixture, in which it is still possible to feel the texture of the cheese; we also add powdered, pasteurized chilli pepper, which remains intact through time.
Try it on a warm, sliced baguette, as a quick, tasty appetizer.
