Besides giving unique aromas and flavours to our milk and cheese, mountain hay is also used to smoke Scamorza. It gives it an intense, well balanced aroma. Try our Scamorza with warm whole-grain bread, with roasted potatoes, or cut it into thin slices and lay on a plate of Gnocchi. Pair it with a glass of Soave wine from Verona.
