Only high-quality mountain milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments and our skills: here are the ingredients of our Mozzarella, handmade just for you. In order to keep the flavour of milk unaltered, we stretch the curd in whey instead that in hot water. The result is a soft, fresh, sweet cheese, perfect for any recipe. If you want to serve it freshly made, as firm as it is, it will be perfect to make a Caprese salad. After a day or two in the refrigerator, it will become a bit softer and more stretchy, ideal for homemade pizza!
