Serving some slices of salame is one of the best ways to socialize! Salame is made with a mixture of ground lean and fat pork cuts seasoned with salt, pepper and other spices and stuffed into pork casing.
Excellent as an appetizer, snack or pre-dinner treat, and for any other occasion! Fresh salame can be cut into thick slices and fried; matured salame can have tiny drops of liquid fat coming out of the meat, and it is perfect to serve cut into thin slices, with freshly baked bread and red wine.
